Our community is centrally located to a number of restaurants, stores, and medical offices in the Springfield, Illinois area, and we are the only independent low-income senior housing facility that is locally managed. We also have an amazing staff, including a full-time service coordinator and an onsite manager for after-hour emergencies.
When you visit our independent senior apartments, you will quickly find that they have all the conveniences of home, including an open layout for easy maneuverability and safety measures in the bathrooms. Additionally, each apartment has individual controls for heating and air.
Within our community, we’ve worked hard to provide amenities that make life easier, such as a coin-operated laundry and an onsite salon. There is also a community room where game nights, resident-led dinners, and more are enjoyed. Additionally, we often schedule events for outside the community, taking advantage of everything the city has to offer.
