We are unique in that we are the only locally managed senior independent housing facility in the area, offering residents a more personalized experience than what bigger corporate-managed complexes can typically offer. We are also a HUD-supported community, proudly managed by a local faith-based group committed to providing compassionate and ethical senior care. In addition, we have a full-time service coordinator on staff and a night manager available for after-hour emergencies.

To quality for your community, your income must be below 50% of the median income in the Springfield area. If it is, we can calculate what your rent for our senior independent housing apartments will be by using a formula that takes imputed income and qualified medical expenses to calculate your annual adjusted gross income. Once the calculations are complete, your rent will be 30%. In addition to rent, you will also be responsible for electricity, while we pay for trash, sewer, water, and gas.
