The first step to finding out more about us is reaching out to a member of our team. We will review the qualifications, which include being at least 62 years old and having an income that is less than 50% of the median income in the Springfield area. You must also be able to live on your own. From there, we can schedule a tour of our community, giving you a better idea of what we offer.
It is worth noting that we are the only subsidized housing option in the area that is locally managed and under a contract that allows us to have a full-time service coordinator. We also have an on-site night manager who can handle nonmedical after-hour emergencies as well as a dedicated maintenance team to manage resident-requested work orders during business hours.
